										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mike Brady is a well-established agricultural consultant and land agent advising landowners on farm business and property matters across the country.</p>
<p>He qualified from UCD in 1987 with a BAgrSc(hons) and commenced his career as a Dairy Husbandry Advisor with the then Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Food in the UK.</p>
<p>He returned to Ireland in 1989 to work as an Agricultural Consultant in a private firm and left in 1995 to establish Brady Group. He is a career agricultural advisor/consultant having worked in two countries and in both the public and private sectors.</p>
<p>He completed a Nuffield Scholarship in 2004, where he studied advisory services in France, Australia and New Zealand. This provided Mike with an exposure to global agriculture. He became a board member in 2020.</p>
<p>Mike is a past National President of the Agricultural Consultants Association of Ireland (ACA) and he also writes a column in the Farming Independent and is a regular commentator on agricultural matters.</p>
<p>Mike joined the Nuffield Ireland board in 2020 and is Nuffield Ireland&#8217;s representative on the Nuffield International Board.</p>

<p>Mary has been involved in production agriculture and agricultural business for her all of her career, working in the areas of; Co-operative Development, Finance, Governance, Training and Strategy, in Ireland and the USA.</p>
<p>She has hosted Nuffielders from all over the world and facilitated the NW USA portion of the GFP. She retains close ties with other international Agricultural Leadership programs such as Kellogg and Eisenhower.</p>
<p>Mary acted as Treasurer on Board of Nuffield Ireland until September 2022</p>
