Eilish previously worked for eight years supporting food producers through management of the National Rural Food Skillnet programme and as Farm Diversification Specialist with the Rural Development Programme.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Eilish completed her Nuffield study entitled <strong>“Opportunities for Farm Families in Food Production”</strong>. Her interest in food production stemmed from having grown up on a dairy farm with a successful farmhouse cheese making business making the award winning Kerry Farmhouse Cheese.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Eilish and her husband Jack live on their dairy farm in North Kerry and have three children. Eilish was a member of the Nuffield Ireland board from 2022 until 2023.</span></p>
