Margaret Fingleton

Margaret Fingleton Nuffield Scholar 2001

From Co Laois, Margaret is a lecturer and tutor in TUDublin in the School of Law, Languages and Social Sciences. Margaret has worked in the statutory and voluntary social care sector and has experience in residential and community care, youth and disability services. She was the owner and manager of Finwey Farm in Laois which provided Animal Assisted Therapy/ Activities and Forest School education.

Margaret’s study topic was ‘The Value of Agriculture in Therapy and Education’. She travelled to Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, New Zealand, Australia and England.
