Pat Minogue

Pat owns a dairy enterprise with his family in Scariff Co Clare. He was appointed to the Board of Kerry Group Plc in January 2003 and held this position for a number of years. He was also a Director of Kerry Co-Op. Pat is very involved in rural and community development initiatives as well as coaching hurling and camogie teams in his area.

Pat’s study topic was ‘Can the Irish Dairy Industry Survive Liberalisation in 2015?’ He visited the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, USA and New Zealand in the course of his research on the topic.
